The company has succeeded in perfecting the use of system construction for projects at various construction sites.  This system can be used to form concrete structures to meet any architectural requirements and to fine tolerances.

The system comprises of pre- engineered lightweight aluminum forms which can be lifted and erected swiftly by unskilled workers eliminating the need for hoisting cranes, sophisticated tools and tackles, and reducing the need for skilled workers and supervisors. This fast, simple and adaptable system brings assembly line efficiency to the construction process and ensures the scheduling and controlling of the building trades.

The forms enable in-situ casting for all the components of a dwelling unit including the walls, floor slabs, weather shades, lofts, parapets and staircase, to form a monolithic structure which meets strict seismic requirements.  The resulting form finished concrete is highly durable, requires no further rendering and ensures that the expenditure on maintenance is kept to a minimum.

At both high and low rise construction projects, especially where there is considerable repetition of floor layouts, we have used to advantage this innovative formwork system which permits rapid construction sequences. In the case of low cost mass housing projects, such a system is most cost effective.

The system can be adapted so that conventional building structures of columns, beams and slabs can be constructed with the advantage that the time-cycle of construction from floor to floor can be substantially reduced.
